5.3 Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.2 Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in the written agreement.
6.3 Refunds for defective products will be considered on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
